Exchanges

Yes exchanges are allowed in the case wrong size ordered, or received damaged product. 

 

  • Items can be exchanged within 10 days from purchase.
  • State of return must be unworn and in the same condition as delivered. Place the item you are exchanging in the original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for their own shipping exchange cost. The shipping cost is nonrefundable under any circumstances. We suggest using UPS or USPS to track the shipment.

 

 

Steps to request an Exchange: 

Please send an email to info@jemilux.com with the following: 

 

  • Full name and order number. 
  • Reason for exchange (received damaged product or wrong size). If product is damaged please provide a photo for proof.
  • Once we receive your email we will approve exchange if and only it complies with our policy.
  • When you receive approval, you can send back your product to Jemilux headquarters (address will be giving in email). 
  • When the product is received we will make sure the product hasn't been worn and is in the same conditions as it was when delivered, we will notify you when your product is on its way. We will take care of the shipping cost only to ship the exchange to you. You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost to ship your exchange to us.
